I've had this thing in use for the last 5 years and with some care it has managed not to fall apart much after many times being deployed. The mosquitoes are prodigious here in NW Wyoming and after 10 minutes of swatting them during a pretty easy assembly I have a perfect escape from which to tease them from. It fits everything I need to cook, lounge, or even sleep. The large mesh walls allow for excellent views of the scenery and even the night sky. Bring a larger tarp and put it on the windward side and guy it out and you will stay rather dry. Ask me how I know.
Home run Wenzel, going to have to purchase a 2nd one in case they discontinue this one. The seams at the bottom of the zip up entryways are subject to a lot of stress when the floor in front of them is staked down securely. Going to have to do some seam reinforcement soon to shore up some spots that are pulling apart. Also the tension on the top cross (2 slightly smaller poles) suspending the roof is a bit much IMHO. I can put this up by myself but having a partner makes it much easier! Unknown on Jul 11th 2019
Following instructions during first setup, we noted that the roof cross poles produce high stress on the stitched seams adjacent to the pole pockets. The one seam separated for 1-2 inches. The roof cross poles should be shorter to reduce stress on seams. I have digital image of over stressed and split seam. Also, loop and toggle tie backs for screen doors, produce high tension (stress) on top and side retracted zippers when door material is loosely rolled for tie back. The loop and toggle are 6-8 inches too short and pull exceedingly on the zipper.

Purchased this as a fathers day gift and we are extremely happy with it! The instructions provided were clear and easy to follow. Though I would recommend reading them completely before starting step by step. Very impressed with the construction! We were unfortunantely rained on, and this structure held NO water on top! Looking into buying more items from Wenzel! Unknown on Jul 10th 2017
Purchased our Sun Valley Tent from Amazon and love it. Easy to put up. The large openings are like big picture windows. One of the tie downs torn away. Called Wenzel on Friday and a new tent was delivered on Wednesday. Can't beat that service. Looking forward to enjoying our tent on the Mexican beaches and keeping the no seeums at bay! Recommended this tent to friends and so far two of them have purchased it. Unknown on Sep 1st 2016
No setup instructions were included and two poles were broken. Ohio Andy on Jun 27th 2016
Wenzel customer service is TERRIBLE! so you'd better hope that the product is perfect with no missing or damaged parts when you get it, because they have no replacement parts!!....here's what happened to me:
Our screen house was missing one of the clip/attachment assemblies and it was obvious that it was just plain missed ("operator error") during the manufacturing/fabrication process......no big deal, I'll just get the part and fastened it on myself?...........NOT!
I spoke to a "David" in Wenzel Customer Service and although he was polite his "solution" to my problem was unbelievable.....here's what he said I had to do AFTER he emphasized that they could not provide replacement parts/clips: " Cut the screen house in half & take a picture to verify it's destruction, then forward it to Wenzel Customer Service. After they receive it, then and only then, would they ship a brand new tent to replace my defective model!!
I did try to dissuade him from that approach, but nothing doing! Any other company would have issued a UPS call tag and you would ship it back, then they'd forward a new product. "David" even suggested I send it back to the company I purchased it from and I reminded him that there "Warnings" against taking that approach enclosed with the Screen House......"Hello"...!
Finally, I decided to try and adapt some type of clip and sew/glue it onto the screen house and then write an honest review so others would realize what they're getting into by buying a Wenzel product.
Beware! Tim on Apr 16th 2016
The screenhouse is great once you can "finally" figure out how to get it set up. The lack of "step-by-step" set-up instructions and/or even directions to an on-line video is unbelievable. My wife and I finally figured out how to set it up, but for crying out loud Wenzel product support on this item is almost totally lacking. There are some pictures, etc., but no real guide that I could find to tell you how to set this up from start to finish. How about something basic in 2016 like a "Youtube" video??
In addition, one of the critical side clips that fasten to the fiberglass supports was totally lacking and obviously forgotten in the manufacturing process. Tim, Troy, NY on Apr 10th 2016
